We have visited the vets twice recently. One visit was the standard annual vaccination for my two cats and the other for my elderly rabbit. The vet who dealt with my rabbit, Big G, was pleasant and thorough. Rabbits are an exotic animal but the vet seemed very knowledgeable. He listened carefully to my concerns, observed how G was hopping and was gentle with him. We discussed different treatments and started with the least invasive, an anti inflammatory. The appointment didn't feel rushed and at a time when vetinary care is being scrutinised for it's high costs, I felt we had received good value treatment for our fee. The room was immaculate and even when I queried the dosage of medicine prescribed the next day, I still received a friendly efficient service. On this occasion it was worthy of 5 stars.

Staff at Warren House are always friendly and efficient. They showed empathy towards us when our dog Barnum was poorly. Gary’s advice is always backed up with knowledge and evidence, which means we were able to make informed decisions about his treatment options. Would highly recommend.

I don't just use Warren house vets because they are local to me ...I use them because the staff and vets cannot do enough for you or your pet right down to making you a hot drink even when they are busy..I have taken all my pets to Warren house over the past 15 yrs as they are the best ....our dog archie the pug gets really stressed when at the vets.,but one nurse Ellie could see this and started to sing to him and he settled down...I'll never forget that ...they all go overboard to help as a team .....Warren house .....you are simply the best ..
